Information for TET (JTET) Application Form 2024
Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi has released the notification of Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) 2024. This notification was released on July 19, 2024, and the application process will run from July 23 to August 22, 2024. JTET 2024 will be conducted in two parts: Level 1 for primary level (classes 1-V) and Level 2 for upper primary level (classes VI-VIII). Application Fees
Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi has prescribed the application fee for Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) 2024 as per category. General, OBC, OBC and Economically Weaker Section candidates have to pay Rs.1300/- while Divyang, SC and ST candidates have to pay Rs.700/-. Candidates can deposit their exam fee through ITI College Prepaid Coupon, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or offline mode only.

Eligibility Criteria
Primary Level:
- 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed).
- 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent with at least 45% marks and passed or in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed) as per NCTE regulations.
- 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and passed or in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./DELED).
Junior Level:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and passed or in the final year of a 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./ D.El.Ed).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed/L.T./Shiksha Shastri (Regular)).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 45% marks and passed or in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed/L.T./Shiksha Shastri (Regular)) as per NCTE regulations.
- 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or in the final year of a 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or in the final year of B.Ed. (Special Education).
