Selection Process for IOCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2024:
The selection process involves two stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT)
The CBT is an objective-type exam with 100 questions, each carrying one mark. Candidates have a total of 120 minutes to complete the test. The SPPT will only be qualifying in nature.
