Information for Railway RRB ALP Form Modification

The Ministry of Railways of India, through the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB), has issued an important notice for candidates applying for the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) positions under CEN No. 01/2024. This notice includes information on the current status of applications and instructions for modifying the preferences for the selected RRBs and zonal railways.

Candidates whose applications have been temporarily accepted will have the opportunity to revise their chosen RRB and zonal railway preferences. The correction window for the RRB ALP 2024 application form will reopen on July 29, 2024. Candidates can make the necessary corrections until August 7, 2024. To use this option, candidates must log in to the RRB portal with their user credentials during the specified time frame. If this option is not utilized within the given period, no further chances will be provided in the future.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible for the RRB ALP recruitment:

Passed Class 10th/High School Examination with an ITI Certificate in a relevant trade, or
Possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering from a recognized university in India.

Selection Process

The selection process includes a Computer Based Test (CBT) online examination.
