Important Information :-
CBSE Board has released the 12th class result 2024. Students can download their result from the official website of CBSE Board using their roll number and school code. However, the original marksheet and results will be distributed by the schools after a few days. First the UP Board will send district wise marksheets along with certificates to all the schools, then the schools will distribute these marksheets to their students.
How to see results :-
To check your CBSE Class 12 board exam results, follow the following instructions:
Visit the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or its result portal.
Search the link for “Class 12 Board Exam Result” or similar option.
Click on the link to visit the page to view the result.
Provide your Roll Number, Date of Birth, School Number, Center Number, and Admit Card ID as required details.
After entering all the required details, click on “Submit” or “View Result” button.
Your CBSE Class 12 board exam results will then be displayed on the screen.
You can download or print your result for future reference.

This year the results of girls have been better than boys :-
This year, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the class 12 result. A total of 16,33,730 students had registered for the Class 12 board exams this year, out of which 16,21,224 students appeared in the exam. 14,26,420 students have passed the exam, out of which 1,16,145 students have scored more than 90% marks. This year, girls have overtaken boys in the test percentage, with girls' results being 6.40% higher. This year, more than 91% girls have passed, an increase of 0.65% compared to last year.
Merit list topper name will not be released :-
Last year, no merit list was released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) after the release of class 12 board exam results. A senior official of the board said that the board did not publish the merit list to prevent unfair competition among the students.
This year also no merit list will be released after the board exam. The name of any topper will not be declared. To pass the board exam, one must obtain more than 33% marks in aggregate in all subjects by combining the marks of final examination and internal assessment.
Result of last years :-
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had declared the 10th and 12th results of 2023 last year on May 12. The Class 10 result percentage was 93.12%, a decrease of 1.28% compared to 2022. Also, the class 12 result was 87.33% overall passing percentage, which was 6% lower than in 2022. The passing percentage of class 12th in 2022 was 92.71%.
