All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has released the recruitment notification for the posts of Senior Resident at Central Armed Police Force Institute of Medical Sciences Centre (AIIMS-CAPFIMS Centre), Maidan Garhi, New Delhi. A total of 50 posts have been announced in this recruitment, and the online application process has started from 29th July 2024. Candidates can apply online till 12th August 2024. This recruitment is for a maximum period of 3 years under the Residency Scheme of the Central Government. The process will consist of Computer Based Test (CBT) and Interview (Stage-II). Application Fee

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has prescribed application fees for candidates applying for the post of Senior Resident in Central Armed Police Force Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS-CAPFIMS). General and OBC category candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs.3000/- while SC/ST/EWS category candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs.2400/-. No fee will be charged from PWD category candidates. Candidates have to submit their application online by the due date.

Age Limit 

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has fixed the minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 35 years for candidates applying for the post of Senior Resident in Central Armed Police Force Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS-CAPFIMS). The age of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of 31st August 2024, and they will also be given age relaxation.

These vacancies include posts according to various departments and categories, which are shown in the table below.

Education Qualification 

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has released the admit card for the Senior Resident post in Central Armed Police Force Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS-CAPFIMS) Candidates applying for the Senior Resident post must have a postgraduate medical degree, such as MD/DNB, in the relevant department. Candidates must pass their qualifying examination by 31 August 2024.

Pay Scale for AIIMS Senior Resident Recruitment

For medical candidates applying for the post of Senior Resident in Central Armed Police Forces Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS-CAPFIMS), the pay will be Rs.18,750 + 6600 (Grade Pay) + NPA along with other usual allowances or revised pay scale as per 7th CPC. It will be in the Level 11 of the Pay Matrix (starting pay of Rs.67,700/- under pre-revised Pay Band-3).

Selection Process for AIIMS Senior Resident Recruitment

The selection for the post of Senior Resident in Central Armed Police Forces Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS-CAPFIMS) will be done purely on the basis of merit obtained in the recruitment examination. The exam will be computer-based (CBT) in English language, consisting of objective questions, and the final selection will be done on the basis of interview.
