Important Information BCECEB Recruitment :-

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the notification for the recruitment of 825 vacancies of Senior Resident/Tutor on its official web portal. This online application process will start from April 5, 2024 and will continue till April 25, 2024, and applicants will be able to make any corrections in their application till April 26, 2024. Candidates who are eligible for these posts can complete their application process by visiting the website of BCECEB. All interested candidates should carefully examine all aspects of this recruitment process.

Age Limit BCECEB Recruitment :-

Candidates applying for Senior Resident / Tutor positions in the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) must adhere to the following age criteria: Maximum age for unreserved (male) candidates is 37 years and (female) candidates is 40 years, while for OBC and EBC (both male and female) the maximum age limit is 40 years, and for SC/ST candidates (both male and female), the maximum age limit is 42 years. There is a relaxation of 5 years in the age limit for members of the Bihar State Health Service cadre, and candidates belonging to the Divyang category are eligible for a relaxation of up to 10 years based on disability.

Application Fee BCECEB Recruitment :-

All categories of candidates applying for the posts of Senior Resident/Tutor in Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) have to pay the application fee. The application fee for candidates falling in Unreserved (UR) / EWS / EBC / BC / SC / ST / DQ categories is Rs 2250/-. Candidates are required to pay their examination fee only through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI and other available payment modes by 26 April 2024.

Educational Qualification BCECEB Recruitment :-

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will fill 40% of the positions for Senior Residents / Tutors from the Bihar State Health Service cadre. Additionally, 40% of the positions will be filled by doctors who have completed the postgraduate degree program (under the Residency Scheme) from medical colleges in the state. The remaining 20% of the positions will be allocated to those who have obtained a postgraduate degree (under the Residency Scheme) from recognized institutions outside the state. Applicants for the positions of Senior Resident / Tutor must possess a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject, but if the number of candidates is low, a diploma may also be accepted as minimum qualification. Furthermore, selection will be based on eligibility criteria as per the regulations of the Medical Council of India.

How to apply

BCECEB Step - 1 (Registration)
Firstly, navigate to the official website https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/.

Next, click on the online portal for Senior Resident/Tutor under the Health Department section.
BCECEB Step - 2 (Registration)
If the candidate is already registered, they should sign in by entering their email ID and password, along with the captcha code.

If the candidate is not registered, they should create a new registration.

For new registration, the candidate needs to click on "New Registration" and provide all the required information as shown in the form, such as:

Candidate's name
Father's name
Mother's name
Email ID
Mobile number
Candidate's address
Necessary documents

The candidate must complete all the steps mentioned in the form and finish their registration.
BCECEB Step - 3 (Registration)
After candidate registration, the candidate will need to provide their personal information.

Following that, they will be required to upload their photo and signature.

Then, they must provide their education information.

After that, they need to preview the application.

Next, the candidate must make the payment of the fee.

Finally, after completing the form, the candidate should take a printout and keep it for their records.
