Calcutta High Court has released the official notification for the recruitment of Lower Division Assistant (LDA) for 2024. A total of 291 vacancies have been announced under this recruitment. Examination Fees for High Court Recruitment

Candidates applying for Lower Division Assistant (LDA) Recruitment for Calcutta High Court are required to pay the application fee. Pay Scale for High Court Recruitment

For Meritorious Sportspersons:

Mode of Selection for High Court Recruitment

The selection process for the Calcutta High Court LDA Recruitment 2024 includes three phases:

1. Preliminary Screening Test (Phase-I)
2. Competitive Written Test (Phase-II)
3. Viva Voce Test (Phase-III)

Preliminary Screening Test (Phase-I):

• 90-minute OMR-based test with 100 questions (Arithmetic, General Knowledge and Computer Proficiency, General Intelligence, English).
• Negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer.
• Candidates need to score 50% to qualify for Phase-II.

Competitive Written Test (Phase-II):

• Three-hour test covering Arithmetic, English essay and precis writing, General Knowledge (100 marks each).
• Candidates must score 40% in each subject and 50% in aggregate to qualify for the viva-voce.

Viva-Voce Test (Phase-III):

• 100 marks viva-voce for qualifying candidates from Phase-II.
• Final merit list will be prepared based on marks from Phase-II and viva-voce.
