IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2024 – Apply Online for 7145 Vacancies

Important Information IBPS Clerk Recruitment :-

IBPS has announced vacancies for a Total of 7145 posts for Professor, Assistant General Manager, Research Associate, Hindi Officer, Deputy Manager Account, and Analyst Programmers. The online application process of IBPS Recruitment has started from 27th March 2024 and candidates can apply till 12th April 2024. All the candidates who are interested for Professor, Assistant General Manager and other posts can apply online by visiting the official website and check it.

Age Limit IBPS Clerk Recruitment :-

Candidates applying for positions such as Professor and others through the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) have age requirements specified for each position. For Assistant General Manager, candidates should be between a minimum of 35 years and a maximum of 50 years old, while for Professor, candidates should be between a minimum of 47 years and a maximum of 55 years old. Additionally, for positions like Hindi Officer, Research Associate, Deputy Manager (Account), and Analyst Programmers, candidates should be between a minimum of 23 years and a maximum of 30 years old.

Application Fee IBPS Clerk Recruitment :-

Candidates applying for positions such as Professor and others through the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will be required to pay an application fee. General, OBC, and EWS category candidates will need to pay an application fee of Rs 750/-, while SC and ST category candidates will need to pay Rs 450/-. Candidates must make the payment of the application fee using debit card, credit card, internet banking, IMPS, cash card/mobile wallet. Once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, nor will the fee be withheld.

Educational Qualification IBPS Clerk Recruitment :-

Candidates applying for Professor and other posts by Institute of Personnel Selection (IBPS) must have the following qualifications for the posts:

• 1. Professor - Candidates should possess a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Educational Measurement, Psychometrics, or Mental Measurement with at least 55% marks in post-graduation. They should have a minimum of 12 years of academic experience, including at least 3 years of experience at the Associate Professor level. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in exam content creation, content analysis, mental measurement, and data analysis related to exam systems.

• 2. Assistant General Manager (IT) - Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Educational Measurement, Psychometrics, or Mental Measurement with at least 55% marks in post-graduation. They should have a minimum of 12 years of academic experience, including teaching/research and/or professional experience, with at least three years at the Associate Professor level. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in exam content creation, content analysis, mental measurement, and data analysis related to exam systems.

Research Associate - Candidates should have a primary post-graduation degree with more than 55% marks from recognized universities/institutions in Psychology, Education, Psychological Measurement, Psychometrics, Statistics, and Management (specialization in HR). One year of experience in academic research/test development is preferred. Competency in computer operation is mandatory.

Hindi Officer - Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Hindi from a recognized university, with English as a major or elective subject at the undergraduate level, or a Master's degree in English with Hindi as a major or elective subject at the undergraduate level. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience.

• 5. Deputy Manager - Candidates should be a Chartered Accountant. They should have at least one year of experience in various financial tasks, including finance, accounts, taxation, investments, and fund management.

• 6. Programmer Analyst (ASP.NET) - Candidates should have a full-time B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/Computer Engineering)/MCA/M.Sc. (IT)/M.Sc. (Computer Science) degree from a recognized university/institute. They should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the specified areas.

• 7. Programmer Analyst (Python) - Candidates should have a full-time B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/Computer Engineering)/MCA/M.Sc. (IT)/M.Sc. (Computer Science) degree from a recognized university/institute. They should have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Salary IBPS Clerk Recruitment :-

Candidates applying for positions such as Professor and others offered by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will receive a remuneration as per the designated grades:-

• 1. Professor - Candidates will be paid a monthly salary of INR 2,92,407/- according to Grade-I Academic Level-14A.
