IDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2024 – Apply Online for 31 Vacancies

Important Information for IDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment :-

IDBI Bank has released the recruitment notification for Specialist Officer posts, in which a total of 31 posts are available. The online application process has started from 1st July 2024 and candidates can apply till 15th July 2024. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website.

Age Limit for IDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment :-

IDBI Bank has set the minimum age of 25 years and maximum age of 45 years for the candidates applying in the recruitment process for Specialist Officer posts. Age will be calculated on the basis of 1st June 2024. Age relaxation is given according to different categories, and age limit is set differently according to the posts.

Application Fee for IDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment :-

Candidates applying for Specialist Officer posts by IDBI Bank will have to pay an examination fee. General, EWS and OBC category candidates will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 1000/, while SC/ST category candidates will have to pay Rs 200/-. This payment is one-time and will not be refunded. Candidates can pay their examination fee through online mode till 15th July 2024.

Educational Qualification for IDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment :-

Candidates applying for Specialist Officer posts by IDBI Bank must have a graduation or post graduation degree. And the educational qualification of the candidates is given separately for each post which is given below:-

1. Digital Banking and Emerging Payments:- B.Tech/B.E. – Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/Software Engineering/Electronics & Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science and MBA (Finance/Marketing/IT/Digital Banking).

2. Audit-Information Systems:- B.Tech/B.E. – in IT/EC/Software Engineering/Electronics & Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science, with recognized Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.

3. Finance and Accounting:- Chartered Accountant (CA)/ICWA/MBA (Finance) from any University recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory body.

4. Risk Management-Security Group:- BE/BTech (Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication/ Electrical/ Electronics & Electrical Engineering)/ BCA, B Sc (Computer Science/ IT).

5. Fraud Risk Management Group:- Graduation in BSc (Mathematics/ Statistics/ BTech).

6. Security:- Graduation in any discipline from any University recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory body.

Vacancy Details for IDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment :-

Salary for IDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment :-

Candidates applying for Specialist Officer posts by IDBI Bank will be given salary as per the grade which is as follows:

1. Manager, Grade ‘B’ – For this post, candidates get a pay scale starting from Rs.64820/- to Rs.93960/- with an increment after 12 years. The total salary in metros is approximately Rs.119000/- per month.

2. Assistant General Manager, Grade ‘C’ – For this post, candidates get a pay scale starting from Rs.85920/- to Rs.105280/- with an increment after 8 years. The total salary in metros is approximately Rs.157000/- per month.

3. Deputy General Manager, Grade ‘D’ – For this post, candidates get a pay scale starting from Rs.102300/- to Rs.120940/- with an increment after 7 years. In metro cities the total salary is around Rs 190000/- per month.

Selection Process for IDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment :-

Candidates applying for Specialist Officer posts by IDBI Bank will be selected on the basis of their document verification. Candidates must produce the following documents at the time of selection process:

1. Age - Must have 10th class mark sheet or school leaving certificate or birth certificate

2. Educational Qualification - High School & Intermediate - Must have class 10th & 12th mark sheet and passing certificate

3. Graduation - All semester/year wise or combined mark sheets and degree and/or permanent degree certificate issued by the University

4. PG/Masters - All semester/year wise or combined mark sheets and degree and/or permanent degree certificate issued by the University

5. Must have any other professional certificate

• For CA - Final certificate and mark sheet are mandatory.

6. Caste or Tribe Certificate - For SC, ST, OBC (NCL) & EWS

 1. Caste/Tribe/Category Certificate, if declared, must be in Central Government format. The certificate should contain the following -

• Name of caste/tribe as shown in the central list
• Duly filled in (including usual resident condition)
  
• Stamped (round seal) and signed by the competent authority to issue
  
• Issued in FY 2024-25 based on income of financial year FY 2023-24
