The last date of application for this recruitment was till 7 May 2024. And now the date of this recruitment has once again been extended to 14 May 2024. Now candidates can apply online till 14th May.

The online application process will start from March 22, 2024 and candidates can apply till 14 May 2024. Candidates can submit their application form till 14 May 2024, and can make corrections in the application form from 2nd May 2024 to 4th May 2024. Age Limit NVS Non Teaching Recruitment :-
Candidates applying for various non-teaching posts in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) should have minimum age of 18 years and maximum age should be up to 35 years. Relaxation in upper age will be given by the state government.
Application Fee NVS Non Teaching Recruitment :-
Candidates applying for various non-teaching posts in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) have to pay the application fee. Female Staff Nurse will have to pay Rs 1,500/- as application fee, while General/EWS/OBC (NCL) category candidates will have to pay Rs 1,000/- as application fee. SC/ST/PWBD category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500/-. Candidates are required to pay their examination fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI and other online payment modes only.
Educational Qualification NVS Non Teaching Recruitment :-
Candidates applying for various non-teaching posts in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) must have military qualification. According to the posts, different category qualifications are given below which are as follows -
1. Female Staff Nurse – Bachelor's Degree in Community, Registered to any State Nursing Council.
2. Coaching Assistant – Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Com).
3. Legal Assistant – Bachelor's degree in Law (Ilabi).
4. Hotel Management – Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or 10 years service in Defense Services.
5. Laboratory Attendant – Class 10th education with Laboratory Assistant in Laboratory Technology or Class 12th education with Science deployment.
6. Junior Secretariat Assistant (HQ/RO and Janvir Cadre) – Training skills along with class 10+2 exam study.
7. Computer Technician – BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA in Computer Science/IT.
8. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) – Class 10th.
9. Junior Translation Officer – Master's degree in Hindi/English with proficiency in Hindi/English or any other subject.
10. Mess Helper – 5 years experience, class 10th pass.
11. Assistant Support Officer (ASO) – Bachelor's degree in any qualification with 3 years' experience.
12. Ashu Clerk – Class 10+2 Exam with Shorthand and Craftsmanship.
13. Electrician cum Plumber – Class 10th education with I certified certificate in Electrician or Plumbing and 2 years experience.

How to apply
NVS Non Teaching Step - 1
First the candidate has to visit the official website https://navodaya.gov.in. After that, he/she will click on the notification of NVS Non-Teaching and open the apply link.

NVS Non Teaching Step - 2
When the candidate will open the apply link, he/she will have to register himself/herself. He has to enter his application number, passport information, security PIN, etc., as shown below. He has to complete it and then submit.

When the candidate has completed his/her form, he/she has to submit the application fee. For this the candidate will have to pay the prescribed fee online using Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card (There is no provision for e-challan / cash mode of payment). After deposit of application fee, the candidate must keep the print out with him/her.
NVS Non Teaching Step - 3
Candidates should complete their online application form and take note of the registration number generated by the system.Upload clear scanned images of the following:-(1) Recent photograph (in jpg/jpeg format, size 10 KB to 200 KB)
(2) Signature of the candidate (File size: 4 KB to 30 KB)
(3) Thumbnail of the candidate (File size: 3 KB to 30 KB)
(4) Class Certificate (File Size: 50 KB to 300 KB)
