Important Information for CHSL Recruitment 2024 :-

Odisha Staff Selection Commission has released the notification for Group B and C posts. In this recruitment, there are a total of 671 vacancies for Ayurvedic Assistant, Homeopathic Assistant, Unani Assistant, Junior Fisheries Technical Assistant, Caretaker, and Amin. Online application has started from 24th April 2024 and candidates can apply till 27th May 2024. Interested candidates can apply for these posts by visiting the official website ossc.gov.in.

Age Limit for CHSL Recruitment 2024 :-

Odisha Staff Selection Commission has set the minimum age for the candidates applying for Group B and C posts to be 18 years and maximum age to be 38 years. Additionally, SEBC, SC, ST, and women candidates will get age relaxation of 5 years, while PWD category candidates will be given 10 years relaxation.

For ST and SC category PWD candidates, there will be a cumulative age relaxation of 10 years, in addition to the prescribed general relaxation.

A candidate can avail relaxation in only one category which will be most beneficial to him/her.

For the post of AYUSH Assistant, candidates will not get any relaxation in upper age limit and must be born not earlier than 2 January 1986 and not later than 1 January 2006.

There will be no relaxation in upper age limit for the posts of Caretaker, Junior Fisheries Technical Assistant, and Amin also, and who should not be born before 2 January 1986 and not later than 1 January 2003.

Application Fee for CHSL Recruitment 2024 :-

Odisha Staff Selection Commission will not charge any application fee from all categories of candidates applying for Group B and C posts.

Educational Qualification for CHSL Recruitment 2024 :-

Odisha Staff Selection Commission candidates applying for Group B and C posts must have passed class 12th from any recognized board and have passed the final examination of class VII or above in Odia language from a government recognized school or educational institution. Must have passed as. This examination should be recognized by the Government of Odisha or by the Central Government.

Salary for CHSL Recruitment 2024 :-

Odisha Staff Selection Commission has given salary to the candidates applying for Group B and C posts as per the level of the post, which are as follows:-

As per the salary level – 3, the candidate will be given Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 56,000/- per month.

As per the salary level – 4, the candidate will be given Rs. 19,000/- to Rs. 63,000/- per month.

As per the salary level – 5, the candidate will be given Rs. 21,000/- to Rs. 69,000/- per month.

• As per the salary level – 9, the candidate will be given Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 1,12,000/- per month.

Selection Process for CHSL Recruitment 2024 :-

Candidates applying for Group B and C positions under the Odisha Staff Selection Commission will be required to appear for both mains and prelims exams, along with an interview, and undergo document verification as well.
