Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification for the recruitment of National Defense Academy and Naval Academy II for 2024 on its official website. Its online application process has started from 15th May 2024, and candidates can apply online till 4th June 2024. Candidates can make corrections in their application form from June 5 to June 11, 2024. The examination for these posts will be held till September 1, 2024. Age Limit for UPSC NDA, NA 2 Recruitment :-
The eligibility criteria for the commission's exam clearly state that only unmarried candidates born between January 2, 2006, and January 1, 2009, are eligible. The birth certificate submitted as proof must include matriculation, secondary school leaving certificate, or their equivalents recognized by Indian universities. These documents should be submitted along with the results of the written exam, and other documents like horoscopes, affidavits, birth certificates from municipal corporations, or service records will not be accepted.
Application Fee for UPSC NDA, NA 2 Recruitment :-
Candidates applying for National Defense Academy and Naval Academy II Recruitment 2024 by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) have to pay the application fee. General and OBC category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100/-, while SC and ST category candidates will not have to pay any application fee; The application is free for them. Candidates have to pay their examination fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI and other payment modes by 4th June 2024.
Educational Qualification for UPSC NDA, NA 2 Recruitment :-
For admission to the Army Wing of the National Defense Academy, candidates must have successfully passed the 12th class examination or its equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University in the 10+2 pattern. Similarly, for admission to the Air Force and Naval Wings of the National Defense Academy, and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy, candidates must have passed the 12th class examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University in the 10+2 pattern. Additionally, candidates who have appeared in the 12th class examination and are awaiting results can also apply for this examination. However, they must submit proof of passing the examination by the specified deadline.

Salary for UPSC NDA, NA 2 Recruitment :-
Candidates applying for the National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination II 2024 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be provided a monthly salary up to Rs. 56,100/- at Level-10 to male/female candidates. After successful commissioning, the salary of commissioned officers will be determined in the pre-revised Level-10of the pay matrix, and the period of training will not be treated as commissioned service, and the payable amount of acceptable allowances for the training period will be paid to the candidates.
Selection Process for UPSC NDA, NA 2 Recruitment :-
For the National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination II recruitment 2024 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), male/female candidates applying will have to go through two stages. The first stage is a written examination followed by an Intelligence and Personality Test (SSB). Successful candidates in the written examination proceed to the SSB, which assesses their intelligence and personality.

First of all, candidates should visit the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in.
After that, candidates should register themselves by visiting the One Time Registration Portal and clicking on the 'New Registration' button.
After that, the completion of the OTR application should be confirmed using the login credentials.
Then, candidates should search for the latest notification by scrolling down to the ‘Latest Notification’ tab in the OTR application.
